Meivertor (“we” and “us”) operates the website at https://www.meivertor.com. By placing an order through this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, stock discrepancies may occur. If one or more items in your order are unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you to discuss next steps for the unavailable item. This may include waiting for that item to be restocked or issuing a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. The amount shown at checkout represents the final shipping cost for your order.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

3. Returns Shipping Costs

Customers are required to arrange their own return shipping, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time

Shipments are generally in transit for 2–7 days.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within two business days of payment. Orders ship Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change a delivery address can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery address changes are no longer possible.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Meivertor will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses. 

4.5 Military Address Shipping

Meivertor ships to U.S. military addresses using USPS only. Courier services are not available for military address deliveries.

4.6 Items Out of Stock 

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until the item becomes available. Items that are in stock will be reserved while we wait for the unavailable item to be restocked. 

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Tracking Notifications

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link, which you can access to follow the progress of your shipment.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us for assistance. If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide the next steps.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders where required by law and is calculated at checkout. The applicable tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Returns Policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss or damage in transit up to the value declared by the shipping carrier.

9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, we will issue a refund or replacement once the shipping carrier has completed its investigation.

9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement once the shipping carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed that the package was lost.
