Need to return a product or submit a warranty claim? Below, you’ll find information on our standard return process and how to submit a warranty claim.

Standard Returns

Our standard return process applies to products returned within 30 days of receipt, including returns due to dissatisfaction as well as issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your original payment method. To initiate a return, please contact info@meivertor.com for instructions.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request additional information or documentation to help resolve the issue efficiently.

Single-Use Disposable Tips are sanitized during manufacturing and secured with a safety seal. If the safety seal is not intact, do not use the tips, and contact us for assistance.

Warranty Claims

The Meivertor Handle is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects or accidental damage. Single-use disposable tips are not covered under this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact info@meivertor.com with details about the issue. If return of the handle is required to evaluate the claim, you will be asked to send it to us for review. Upon verifying your issue is covered under warranty, claims are typically processed within 7 days. Once the claim is confirmed, you will be able to choose between the following resolutions: a refund to your original payment method, a refund issued as store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).
